These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at japarcomaintenance.com and any handyman and home-improvement services you engage JAPARCO Maintenance and Services, LLC ("JAPARCO," "we," "us," or "our") to perform. By using our website, submitting a service request, or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Our Services
JAPARCO Maintenance and Services, LLC provides residential handyman and home-improvement services in Columbus, GA and surrounding communities within roughly 30 miles, including but not limited to:
- Drywall repair, texturing, and finishing
- Interior and exterior painting
- Carpentry, trim, and door repairs
- Tile and flooring installation and repair
- Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
Service area coverage is determined at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage area or outside the scope of our services.
3. Scheduling, Estimates & Pricing
Service requests may be submitted through our website, by phone, or by email. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
We provide free written estimates after looking at the job in person. Final pricing for repair and installation work is provided after on-site assessment and may differ from any preliminary estimate given by phone or text.
Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers are subject to eligibility requirements and availability as communicated at the time of booking.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting a service request through our contact form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from JAPARCO Maintenance & Services at the number provided regarding your service request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. After we receive your "STOP" message, we will send one confirmation and you will receive no further texts. To re-subscribe, sign up again via our contact form.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees as permitted by Georgia law.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us to charge the applicable amount for services rendered.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment window. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip charge to cover the cost of the visit.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of emergencies, severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as practicable if we need to reschedule.
7. Service Performance & Warranties
We perform work in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products we install are passed through to you in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.
Labor warranties, where offered, will be communicated in writing at the time of service. Except as expressly stated in writing, we make no additional warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Customer Responsibilities
To enable us to perform services safely and effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your service address and the issue to be addressed
- Grant our team safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service
- Ensure you have the legal authority to authorize service at the property address provided
- Secure or remove pets and inform our team of any known hazards at the property
- Disclose any known material defects or prior repair history relevant to the service requested
10. Intellectual Property
All content on japarcomaintenance.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of JAPARCO Maintenance and Services, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Muscogee County, Georgia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
